Notes
A fab find, which I did by chance, once I was looking for a simple and colored side dish to be associated with some recipes photographed for my site. It came out so good, as well as beautifully bright, that it has become a fixture of my kitchen. Moreover it has the advantage that, despite the rather long cooking, once placed in the oven, it does not require any attention… So I have time for myself, to prepare other , or to enjoy a drink!
